Returns & Exchanges

At Glow Recipe, we want you to love your skin and your glow, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of their contents remaining to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your products in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
